We bring improv to
local schools!
the power of improv, shared through workshops, create an engaging and supportive environment where students can build confidence, creativity, and communication skills
Our workshops are designed to help students think on their feet, collaborate effectively, and embrace mistakes as part of the learning process. Through fun, interactive exercises, we encourage students to step outside their comfort zones, enhance their social-emotional learning, and develop valuable life skills. Whether it’s fostering teamwork, improving public speaking, or simply encouraging more play in the classroom, our improv programs provide students with tools that extend far beyond the stage.

This Summer we’re offering week-long half day camps!
mix-n-match creative camps to make it a full day camp!

Our Instructors
Aside from being uber-talented, our instructors are responsible, fun, and experienced at creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment for all students.
Aidan Ghosh has been doing improv since 2011 and loves sharing that joy with young performers. He has taught improv to kids and teens through ComedySportz, Temple Solel after school programs, and La Jolla Playhouse. Aidan currently works as a substitute teacher through Scoot Education. His teaching background also includes working as a science teacher with Stem&More in Los Angeles, coaching fencing with Team Touché Fencing Center, and years of teaching English through theater and games in Spain and Italy. He currently performs with Mockingbird Improv and is thrilled to be a part of camp this summer.
Laurence Francis is a San Diego based comedian who took his first improv class in 2022, and hasn't looked back since. After completing a Bachelor's in Music Education, he helped multiple middle school football and basketball teams get to district championship games in Fort Collins, Colorado. He is now beyond excited to combine his experience of developing confidence and creativity in young people with his passion for improv. Laurence keeps himself busy by regularly performing sketch, stand-up, and improv comedy around San Diego.
